Qingshu Science Park is located in Gaocun Science and Technology Innovation Park between Beijing and Tianjin. This park is a crucial part of the Beijing – Tianjin – Hebei Big Data Comprehensive Pilot Zone, attracting the settlement of over 10 big – data – related enterprises, such as China Telecom, Global Switch, China Railway, and Huawei. The project under construction will build an energy station with an area of approximately 800 square meters within Qingshu Science Park.

After the project is put into operation, it can provide winter heating, summer cooling, and domestic hot water supply services to buildings in Qingshu Science Park with an area of over 100,000 square meters. It is estimated that the annual energy cost can be reduced by approximately 1 million yuan, and carbon dioxide emissions can be decreased by 1,659 tons.
