The collaboration between our two companies began in 2018 when CRRC Times Electric urgently needed damping spring shock absorbers for their high-voltage IGBT chip project. Adhering to the principle of “Customer First, Quality Foremost,” Songjiang Group provided them with the ZTA-type damping spring shock absorber products, specifically the ZTA-480 model, backed by an extended three-year warranty period.
